   We are hiring for Junior Sales Managers and Junior Field Operation Managers in Israel!

   Key Roles & Responsibilities
   Junior Sales Manager
   Assist in driving sales efforts for projects in the region.
   Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
   Support senior sales teams in prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals.
   Contribute to strategy development for growing the company's presence in Israel.

   Junior Field Operation Manager
   Support field operations for the successful execution of tech projects.
   Coordinate day-to-day activities on-site, ensuring smooth project progression.
   Act as a liaison between different teams, suppliers, and contractors.
   Report on project milestones and progress, making sure timelines are met.

   Candidate Requirements
   Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential.
   Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
   No previous experience is required—we believe in potential and passion!

   We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backoffice Coordinator to support a new renewable energy project in Israel. The ideal candidate is an intelligent, efficient person who will play a key role in managing administrative tasks, supporting project management teams, and ensuring smooth operations throughout the project lifecycle.    Key Responsibilities
   1. Provide administrative and operational support to the project management team.
   2. Assist in the preparation and coordination of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
   3. Manage schedules, meetings, and communication for project stakeholders.
   4. Track project progress, milestones, and deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
   5. Maintain databases, filing systems, and records for all project-related documents.
