Job Description
Efix is seeking a Help Desk operator to provide technical support to Arabic speaking customers
The position located in Haifa.
Responsibilities includes:
· Provide technical support via phone and email to Arabic speaking customers.
· Providing support for internal users with hardware/software problems (office, CRM, computers, printers, scanners, etc.)
· Responding to service desk queries and identify those problems which require immediate investigation, and then to resolve the issue within the appropriate timescales to ensure minimal disruption to the business.
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting problems with individual or multiple computer systems.
Job Requirements:
· At least one year of experience as a Help Desk Support (can be military experience)- must
· Knowledge and ability to support a wide range of Microsoft products.
· Arabic- mother tongue level
· English- High level
· Professional course in the field of networks such as MCITP,MCSA- an advantage
