   مطلوب مركز\ة مشروع “ابن/ي البلد: قيادة مجتمعية محلية”

   حجم الوظيفة 50% -100%

   بدء العمل: بشكل فوري

   المؤهلات والخبرات المطلوبة:

   • خبرة على الأقل 3 سنوات في مجال المجتمع المدني

   • خبرة في تركيز المشاريع

   • خبرة في النشاط المجتمعي والسياسي، نشاط داخل مؤسسات، تطوع ونشاط في أطر وحركات

   • تواصل ومعرفة مع مؤسسات رسمية وغير رسمية في مجتمعنا الفلسطيني بالداخل

   • خبرة في النشر على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي- أفضلية

   • التزام بمبادئ وقيم تحررية وتقبل واحترام الاختلافات

   • القدرة على العمل في جدول عمل مكثف ومضغوط

   المهام والمسؤوليات:

   • تركيز المشروع بكافة المستويات (تركيز مجموعة المشروع ومجموعات العمل، استقطاب مشاركين.ات وبناء مجموعة، تركيز العمل أمام موّجه المجموعة وإدارة العلاقات مع كل جهة شريكة أخرى)

   • بناء خطة عمل كاملة للمشروع وتنفيذ الأنشطة والمهام فيها، مرافقة المبادرات في مرحلة ثانية للمشروع

   • صياغة نصوص مختلفة وإدارة نشر المضامين المتعلقة بالمشروع

   • الاهتمام والمسؤولية حول التفاصيل التنظيمية للمشروع

   • قدرة العمل وإدارة العلاقات مع طاقم الجمعية والعمل .
