Office Administrator

  Job Description

Principle duties and responsibilities

  • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
  • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
  • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
  • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

 Office Management (Facility):

  • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
  • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
  • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
  •  Health & safety Assistant
  • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

  • Closing time record report.
  • ·Support of events.

Qualifications, Skills
• English (fluent in writing and speaking).

• Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

• Proven experience of management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

• Professional handling of MS-Office.

• Service oriented team spirit.
