We are market leader in creative technology that powers RTB and dynamic, personalized ads (Video/Display/Video/Social) for fortune 500 companies like Walmart, Honda, Sony and Samsung. We use agile development methodologies and build market-changing tools using most-current cloud technologies. Our offices are located in Caesarea, New York and Mexico City.

We are looking for an experienced Ad Ops to lead the technical delivery of client’s campaigns, perform setup and extract insights, a part of the development team.

Perform technical QA of new features on the our platform. Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties in order to accurately measure and help achieve campaign objectives. Monitor campaign delivery and suggest optimization solutions to account managers for retention purposes. Be a trusted source of knowledge and guidance to the account management team, and support them on technical issues. Provide ongoing reporting and insights, and help improve automated reporting tools.

English as mother tongue or at mother tongue level – A must!
Proven experience of working in an ad operations environment (min 2 years). – A must!
Deep understanding of Advertising channels.
Experience of working directly with marketing platforms (DSPs) such as DoubleClick, Google Ads or others Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and Google tag manager. Basic knowledge of HTML and SQL Strong technical orientation.
Excellent time management and organizational skills and a commitment to on time deliveries.
Familiarity and understanding of current digital advertising echo-system.
