We are looking for our next star community and new media manager!!!

In-Vent is a tech hub for Haifa’s early-stage technological entrepreneurs. We offer our portfolio companies’ professional content services such as; one-on-one meetings with investors, networking events, workshops, and personal meetings with professional advisers in different topics.
All of our companies go through a robust acceptance process that included interviews with our advisory board, which is composed of investors and partners from leading companies in the high-tech industry.
In-Vent is maintaining Haifa’s largest technological entrepreneurship community.

What will you do?
• Develop partnerships and collaborations in the ecosystem
• Lead our social media presence
• Locate and integrate with potential technological entrepreneurs
• Develop our in-house community of Innovators
• Initiate and execute entrepreneurial programs and events
• Administrative tasks

What will you need to have?
• Bachelor’s degree – Required
• Digital Marketing and social media experience – Required
• Fluent writing and speaking in Hebrew and English – Required
• Familiarity with the start-up ecosystem – Required
• People’s person
• Organized and task-oriented
• Deep interest in the technological entrepreneurial world
• Community management experience – advantage
• Familiarity with Haifa’s innovation ecosystem – advantage

Technical details
• Full-time position
• Availability during few evenings each month is needed
• Office at HaNamal 28, Haifa
• Working under the Hub’s Managing Director
• Start date: 1/9/19

    – יכולת ניהול עצמאית והנעת עובדים
    – נכונות לעבודה פיזית
    – אנגלית ברמה גבוהה

    Principle duties and responsibilities

    • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
    • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
    • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

     Office Management (Facility):

    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
    • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
    •  Health & safety Assistant
    • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

    The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

    • Closing time record report.
    • ·Support of events.

    Qualifications, Skills
    • English (fluent in writing and speaking).

    • Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

    • Proven experience of management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

    • Professional handling of MS-Office.

    • Service oriented team spirit.
