Responsible side by side with the hotel manager in all hotel / restaurant operations in one of the high quality standards in the field of the hospitality industry and to ensure all demands for the hotel & restaurant. Work in line with the company policies and procedures, supervise and control properly the team members, ensure that all qualities, sanitation and hygiene standards for the establishment is met. As well as maintain day to day responsibilities, working closely with the operations leadership’s teams and business management.
1.Monitor and ensures compliance with all Guidelines to Operations.
2.Ensure all supervisors maintain adequate levels of department supplies.
3.Ensure all staff is in proper uniform and are properly groomed (grooming standards).
4.Assist in Managing employee hours and employee schedules.
5.Work with the leaderships to implement action plans to prevent the re-occurrence of guest issues.
6.Assist in the response & resolution of all guest issues directly from guests or from quests relations.
7.Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity, goal achievement, to determine areas needing cost reduction, program improvement.
8.Assist accounts staff in all aspects of job and in keeping all invoices.
9.Monitor and direct all cashiers’ daily basis operations.
10.Manage all period-end inventories.
