A company developing groundbreaking products in the ad-tech industry is looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager – a real hunter to play a major role in maintaining their position as a leading player in the mobile performance industry and identify additional potential areas for growth. You will lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting, presenting, negotiating and contract execution.

•Proactively approach mobile industry professionals – direct apps and media agencies to bring new app user acquisition partners on board.
•Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, sales pipeline management, negotiation process, and deals closing.
•Understand the client’s business goals, anticipate future needs and help determine ideal solutions.
Job Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development/Sales/Account Management
• Proven experience in sales positions in the Mobile/ On-Line Media industry – A Must
• B.A. degree in Business Administration/Marketing
• Native level of English
• A hunter: strong sales and negotiation skills
• A highly motivated individual with a huge desire to win
• Target-driven person with proven sales capabilities

    We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our site in Yokneam.

    Principle duties and responsibilities

    • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
    • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
    • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

     Office Management (Facility):

    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
    • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
    •  Health & safety Assistant
    • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

    The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

    • Closing time record report.
    • ·Support of events.

    Qualifications, Skills
    • English (fluent in writing and speaking).

    • Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

    • Proven experience of management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

    • Professional handling of MS-Office.

    • Service oriented team spirit.
