Job Description

As a Fleet Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the performance of our courier fleet in the city. This role requires a mix of operational expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to ensure the fleet’s efficiency, reliability, and sustainability. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including the operations team, couriers, and external partners, to enhance delivery performance and customer experience.

What Will You Do

  • Oversee real-time fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient order fulfillment.

  • Optimize courier supply by analyzing demand trends and implementing strategic actions.

  • Maintain fleet health by monitoring key performance indicators such as delivery time, cancellations, and courier reliability.

  • Develop and execute courier engagement strategies to improve retention and satisfaction.

  • Support courier onboarding, training, and compliance with operational standards.

  • Ensure high-quality service by addressing fleet-related escalations and problem-solving in real time.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, and Expansion) to align operational strategies with company goals.

  • Implement data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency and fleet utilization.

  • Monitor operational costs and optimize budget allocation for fleet management.

  • Conduct periodic performance reviews with couriers and take proactive measures to improve their productivity.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet management.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced environments.

  • Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic initiatives.

  • ● Strong people management and communication skills.

  • ● Fluency in Hebrew and Arabic required.

 

  • Proficiency in operational tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.

  • Ability to work in a shift-based schedule, including weekends and holidays.

  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
