– The associate director will work in a complex business environment with worldwide interfaces and will take the key role of:
– Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders and deeply understanding their needs/constraints
– Leading the end to end std. costing process Including:
· Designing the process flow
· Owning the process information systems and reports
· Developing KPI’s for process success
· Defining roles and responsibilities
· Setting timelines which are agreed and synchronized with parallel strategic processes at the company
· Close planning and monitoring of process tasks and milestones
· Defining effective validation and controls to ensure high quality data
· Conducting comprehensive lessons learned session at the end of the yearly process
· Leading process improvement initiatives
· Analyzing Teva’s standard costs and providing meaningful analyses and insights for top management
· Establishment of costing community of practice

– Requirements:
· BSc Industrial Engineering / BA in Economics
· 2-3years of proven experience of managing global, cross functional and complex business processes
· 5-8years of experience in Finance position
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills
· Extraordinary customers oriented approach
· Written, verbal and presentation skills
· Excellent Excel capabilities
· Strong orientation for information system
· Excellent English

    We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our site in Yokneam.

    Principle duties and responsibilities

    • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
    • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
    • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

     Office Management (Facility):

    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
    • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
    •  Health & safety Assistant
    • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

    The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

    • Closing time record report.
    • ·Support of events.

    Qualifications, Skills
    • English (fluent in writing and speaking).

    • Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

    • Proven experience of management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

    • Professional handling of MS-Office.

    • Service oriented team spirit.
