REQUIREMENTS
You will:
- Prepare monthly and annual US GAAP consolidated financial statements including managing and developing month-end accounting processes and standards
- Prepare statutory financial statements
- Manage the revenue recognition
- Oversee tax filings and reporting, both in the US & IL
- Mange payroll teams in US, UK and Ukraine
- Implement policies, procedures, and processes to support the company’s scale
- Manage the cooperation with the company’s auditors on the annual audit
- Support Legal, HR and Operations with various projects
You have:
- CPA with Big 4 Hi-Tech department experience – a must
- At least 4+ years of experience post internship in Big 4 Hi-Tech team/a High-Tech company
- Excellent English – written and verbal with the ability to work effectively with foreign business partners – a must
- Working experience in multinational startup companies (preferably SAAS) – an advantage
- High accounting skills- US-GAAP – an advantage
- A hands-on and proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge in ERP systems (preferably Priority) – an advantage
- Great attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Able to take ownership of fast-paced projects with rapidly shifting priorities, managing them through to completion with patience, flexibility, and passion

Principle duties and responsibilities
Office Management (Facility):
The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.
Qualifications, Skills
• English (fluent in writing and speaking).• Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.
• Proven experience of management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Professional handling of MS-Office.
