Responsible side by side with the hotel manager in all hotel / restaurant operations in one of the high quality standards in the field of the hospitality industry and to ensure all demands for the hotel & restaurant. Work in line with the company policies and procedures, supervise and control properly the team members, ensure that all qualities, sanitation and hygiene standards for the establishment is met. As well as maintain day to day responsibilities, working closely with the operations leadership’s teams and business management.
