FXCM seeks to build an Arabic team of Client Relations Associates from a variety of backgrounds. We are looking to hire a Team Leader for The Arabic Client Relations Team (Sales & Retention) who will have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills in global currency markets.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing a Sales & Retention team that will provide services to the Arab World
• Process management, setting goals and meeting them.
• Employee training
• Customer care and sales along with his team.

Qualifications:
• Candidates must be eligible to work in Israel.
• Arabic at a at mother tongue (written and verbal)
• English at a a mother tongue level or close to it(written and verbal)
• Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree
• Candidates must have Management Experience (Small Team – 2-3 People)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Candidate must be able to write and speak persuasively and clearly, think quickly and solve problems in real-time
• Candidates should demonstrate a strong interest and passion for financial markets, international affairs and geopolitical events

    We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our site in Yokneam.

    Principle duties and responsibilities

    • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
    • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
    • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

     Office Management (Facility):

    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
    • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
    •  Health & safety Assistant
    • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

    The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

    • Closing time record report.
    • ·Support of events.

    Qualifications, Skills
    • English (fluent in writing and speaking).

    • Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

    • Proven experience of management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

    • Professional handling of MS-Office.

    • Service oriented team spirit.
