Fintech company is seeking an experienced and diverse Marketing Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in a Marketing position, is strategic and highly organized, with a dynamic and agile skill set. Significant experience with digital Marketing is a top priority, accompanied by general experience with branding, content writing, and product positioning. This person should be a team player, an out of the box thinker, and able to bring new and creative ideas to the company

Responsibilities:
Taking part in formulating the marketing strategy in the company.
constantly optimize our digital Marketing tools and platforms including our websites, the Marketing automation platform.
Drive company brand awareness & reputation through online Marketing
Manage cross-organizational marketing projects and working with internal and external interfaces.
Project management within the marketing communications team.
Keep track of content performance to further optimize our activity.
-Follow and research competitors and keep abreast of market trends.
Improve the quantity and quality of traffic (leads) and meet the company’s goals / needs.
Handle all communication with Certified Partners and collateral communicated through Webinars and Nurture Campaigns together with Global Services, Product Manager, and Sales team
Create content and overall management of marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations,

Job Requirements:
Experience of at least 3 years in the technologic marketing industry
Profound knowledge of the online media space, content, conversion, Google Analytics, SEO & SEM, Marketing automation platform.
Highly-organized, quick-learner and detail-oriented.
A team-player with the ability for self-management and multi-tasking.
Ability to take an idea from ideation to execution.
Self-starter with ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Creativity, ability to plan and execute, excellent team player
Additional high level yet significant experience in traditional marketing including branding, strategy, and content creation
Able to work quickly and efficiently in a dynamic and demanding work environment
work with the team to shape overall brand, content, and digital/traditional strategies
The Marketing Manager reports to the CEO, but works closely across all departments
