ESN global media, a successful company in the Online Marketing industry is looking for talented SEO Account Manger to join a winning team!
The position includes among others:
·Responsible for increasing & improving traffic on a monthly basis
·On / OFF -page optimization
·Creative thinking for UX&UI
·Community outreach organizers & negotiation capabilities
·Manage & coordinate cross department projects and initiatives
·Oversee freelancers, including copywriters, copyeditors
·Recruitment and integration of vendors and freelancers
·Work cooperatively with key team members and vendors
·Online Reputation Management
·Link Building
Job Requirements:
Native Arabic – A MUST
At least 1 year experience in SEO and SEO processes – A MUST
Creativity and deep understanding in marketing
Understanding in UX/UI
Knowledge in the next tools: Google Analytics, Search Console – Must
Familiarity and knowledge in WordPress – Advantage
Self-motivated mind-set, that can take ownership of a project and see it through from
Experience with data-driven SEO analysis and optimization
Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use both data and creativity to inform decisions
Develop and execute content strategy
An eye for details
Team player

ראיונות מחקריים והתייעצות שוטפת עם מומחים ואנשי מקצוע בתחומים הרלבנטיים.דרישות התפקיד :
תואר שני בתחום רלבנטי, כמו כלכלה, מדעי החברה, מדיניות ציבורית, מדעי המדינה ומשפטים.
ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתחום מחקרי.
יתרון מובהק – ניסיון מוכח בפיתוח וכתיבת מדיניות.
כושר ביטוי מצוין בכתב בעברית.
יחסי אנוש מעולים ויכולת לעבודה בצוות רב-מקצועי.היקף משרה: משרה מלאה היברידית לטווח ארוך.

עמותת 121 – מנוע לשינוי חברתי מחפשת רכז/ת להובלת קשרי הארגון עם שותפים בחברה האזרחית ועם פעילים חברתיים מכל קבוצות האוכלוסייה. הכרחי: ניסיון בניהול והובלת שותפויות אזרחיות, להט לעבודה ציבורית ופוליטית בתחומים החברתיים-כלכליים, יכולת העמקה בתכנים מורכבים, יחסי אנוש מצוינים, כריזמטיות, יכולת עבודה בתנאי לחץ.עמותת 121 – מנוע לשינוי חברתי מקדמת שינויים חברתיים-כלכליים משמעותיים על בסיס שותפויות רחבות למטרות ממוקדות. מטרתנו היא למנף את הידע והניסיון הקיים בשטח כדי להגיש לקובעי מדיניות הצעות לשיפורים בעלות ערך מוסף משמעותי לצעדי מדיניות נכונים. אנו עושים זאת באמצעות בניית שותפויות, מחקר וכתיבת הצעות מדיניות, עבודה עם מקבלי החלטות ופרסומים בתקשורת.
התפקיד כולל:

ניהול ישיבות רבות משתתפים.
הובלת כנסים ארגוניים.דרישות התפקיד:
ניסיון של 2-3 שנים בתפקיד דומה במגזר החברתי או ארגון חינוכי.
יכולת ניהול והובלה של שותפויות אזרחיות.
יצירתיות, חשיבה אסטרטגית, יזמות והובלה.
יכולת נחישות והתמדה בתהליכי שינוי ארוכי טווח.

- Develop a coalition of philanthropic partners who will become the organization’s long-term supporters in the coming years (including in Israel’s corporate sector);
- Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan;
- Oversee all grant applications and reports to funders and prospective funders – both in English and in Hebrew;
- Plan and lead donor visits and missions;
- Oversee the development of fundraising materials, events, campaigns and initiatives;
- Be responsible for all data management, as well as gift processing and acknowledgement;
- Be responsible for all research on prospects.

- Have demonstrated prior experience in fundraising, donor cultivation, and grant writing;

- Are an experienced writer and speaker – in both Hebrew and English;

121 seeks a Resource Development Director
The Resource Development Director will work with the CEO to considerably increase funding both in Israel and internationally.
Job Status: full-time; the position is a hybrid one (the organization’s offices are in Tel Aviv); Salary range: 16,000 – 18,000
Reporting to the CEO, the Resource Development Director will have demonstrated success in raising funds, building a fundraising strategy and growing philanthropic relationships both throughout Israel and internationally.
