The Company:

Privately held Start-up Company based in Jerusalem commencing transition to clinical level in the development of a novel bio-therapeutic to treat diabetic patients.

The Position:
We are searching for a new VP to lead within the laboratory-based team in the advancement of our pre and clinical studies and the achievement of a globally marketable product.

Job Requirements:
• PhD in Cellular therapeutics with clear endocrine applications
• MSc in Cellular Biology
• Highly skilled in laboratory diagnostics related to the isolation of specific cells or

biomarkers
• Applied knowledge and experience related to metabolic disease, specifically
diabetes, is preferred.
• Extensive experience working with stem cell lines
• Experienced in using animal models and in tissue isolation
• Proven success in transitioning product research to clinical trials
• Laboratory Managerial experience in R&D (5 years minimum)

    We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our site in Yokneam.

    Principle duties and responsibilities

    • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
    • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
    • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

     Office Management (Facility):

    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
    • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
    •  Health & safety Assistant
    • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

    The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

    • Closing time record report.
    • ·Support of events.

    Qualifications, Skills
    • English (fluent in writing and speaking).

    • Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

    • Proven experience of management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

    • Professional handling of MS-Office.

    • Service oriented team spirit.
