HIRING :
Social Media Manager
Using social media marketing and marketing automation tools to maintain company’s brands by:
• Researching social media trends, informing management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities and develop social media marketing campaigns.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews via the company’s social media accounts.
• Analyzing the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identifying strategic weaknesses and making recommendations for improvements.
• Create unique sales funnels for various clients and user journeys by establishing a range of automated marketing campaigns based on implementing best practices for email personalization, segmentation, and data-capture from forms and landing pages.
• Carrying out A/B Testing on automated marketing campaigns to maximize results.
• Reporting on all campaigns and making changes where necessary.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure automated campaigns achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
** Skills and Qualifications:**
• Fluent in English – Must, other languages – strong advantage
• Proven work experience as a social media manager.
• Excellent copywriting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
• A high level of attention to detail.
Location- Tel Aviv

    עבודה מול מנהלי ביניים ועובדים ממגוון תפקידים.

    דרישות: שלוש שנים בתפקיד כרכז/ת מש”א – חובה.
    שליטה בשפה הערבית (כתיבה ודיבור) – חובה
    היכרות עם דיני עבודה ושכר – חובה
    ניסיון עבודה בארגונים גדולים – יתרון משמעותי.
    תואר ראשון בתחום המשאבי אנוש/ משפטים/ תעודת חשב שכר – חובה
    ניסיון בעבודה במערכת המל”ם – יתרון משמעותי.
    תודעת שירות גבוהה, יחסי אנוש טובים, אסרטיביות, דיסקרטיות, יכולת עבודה עם ריבוי משימות.
    שליטה טובה בסביבה ממוחשבת ויישומי מחשב.
    זמינות למשרה מלאה + שעות נוספות לפי הצורך.
