Who are we?
Deloitte Catalyst, Deloitte’s Global Startup Practice, is focused on working with and for startups. We help our clients succeed by providing end-to-end solutions to their needs during their entire startup life cycle.

The Client and Market Growth team will support and help drive the growth of Deloitte’s market share in the startup market. The team reports up to the Deloitte Catalyst Leader and will work closely with the Ecosystem (VCs, Startups, and Entrepreneurs) and with our various Deloitte Partners and teams.

Role Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Client and Market growth team is to support the growth of Deloitte’s market share in the Startup Ecosystem by driving more revenue and more value to our clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to influence Deloitte’s position in the market by executing Deloitte’s strategy and driving value for our clients. The role requires the ability to work cross-function, and work alongside with senior executives in the firm and in the market.

A successful candidate will bring strong analytical skills, high energy, and will be able to drive people and actions (a Do-er in nature).

Overall Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage the strategy, and lead the execution to meet pipeline goals.
• Lead, grow and develop a team of professionals to achieve key business goals
• Define KPIs, forecast lead generation, report on performance metrics, and continually optimize internal processes to drive key business metrics.
• Improve our existing channels (social media, partnerships, content marketing distribution, etc.)
• Manage multiple interfaces with additional Deloitte Catalyst teams (Sensing Team, Client-Service Teams, etc.)
• Work alongside Deloitte Catalyst US and Global teams to align on strategy and business goals

Qualifications and Attributes:
• +3 years in a marketing demand generation/growth role, advantage if there is B2B experience
• Strong analytical capabilities with an understanding of KPIs
• Proven experience and success in scaling demand generation programs through technology, database management and multi-channel processes
• Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
• Experience in working with startup ecosystem
• Growth-oriented; loves a challenge and takes initiative
• Excellent relationship-building skills
• Bachelor’s degree: BA in Business Management, Economics, Accounting or Law
