Teva organization is looking for a talented business analyst for TGO Economics and Costing Center of Excellence department
The business analyst will work in a complex business environment with multiple worldwide interfaces and will take the role of:
Partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders and playing a crucial role in planning and monitoring of Teva’s standard costing process
Analyzing Teva’s standard costs and providing meaningful analyses and insights for management
Developing financial benchmarks across sites/technologies
Building costing financial models and conducting costing analysis required for strategic decision making
Managing ongoing costing requests for new products lunches
Supporting ad hock tasks upon demand

– Requirements:
· BA in Economics/ BSc Industrial Engineering
· 2-5years of experience in a Finance position
· Strong quantitative and analytical skills
· Written, verbal and presentation skills
· Excellent Excel capabilities
· Customers oriented
· Excellent English

    We are looking for a motivated Office Administrator to join our site in Yokneam.

    Principle duties and responsibilities

    • Reception of delivery persons, guests, customers, and employees from other Adtran offices.
    • Ordering office materials, company beverages, and kitchen supplies.
    • Maintenance and distribution of various office lists.
    • Administration of the car-fleet and management of Car Officer, making sure cars are maintained based on ADTRAN car policy.

     Office Management (Facility):

    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment.
    • Contact person for the local facility manager, house maintenance, cleaning company, and other service companies •
    • Administration of kitchen and office equipment
    •  Health & safety Assistant
    • Assistance in writing and translating safety and hygiene procedures in accordance with the requirements of the laws of the State of Israel.

    The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.

    • Closing time record report.
    • ·Support of events.

    Qualifications, Skills
    • English (fluent in writing and speaking).

    • Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.

    • Proven experience of management skills

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.

    • Professional handling of MS-Office.

    • Service oriented team spirit.
