Quality Process Engineer

Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead quality activities with EMS subcontractors and internal production floor.
  • Manage KPIs (analysis and statistics skills required)
  • Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to enable continual improvement
  • Responsible for supplier evaluation, audits, selection and assessment, subcontractor management; be the focal point for quality
  • Actively support corrective actions on the production floor, reliability improvements, deviations, special orders, ECOs, NPI, PRR, process definitions, etc.
  • Regulation – support audit regulation UL, TUV, CE
  • Training- deliver quality training internally and at subcontractors.
  • Manage Final QC and indirectly, the ICQC

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering at electronic products company.
  • Relevant Quality Engineering education and certification – Advantage
  • Practical Engineer in Electrical / Industrial Engineering – Requirement
  • Experience in quality inspection of hardware development and transfer from development to production – a significant advantage
  • Internal auditor certification
  • Experience working with EMS subcontract manufacturers
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and coworkers
  • Self-motivated and independent
  • Excellent technical presentation skills
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PP), Familiar with ERP systems (Priority an advantage)
  • Driving license – Requirement

    דרישות: שלוש שנים בתפקיד כרכז/ת מש”א – חובה.
    שליטה בשפה הערבית (כתיבה ודיבור) – חובה
    היכרות עם דיני עבודה ושכר – חובה
    ניסיון עבודה בארגונים גדולים – יתרון משמעותי.
    תואר ראשון בתחום המשאבי אנוש/ משפטים/ תעודת חשב שכר – חובה
    ניסיון בעבודה במערכת המל”ם – יתרון משמעותי.
    תודעת שירות גבוהה, יחסי אנוש טובים, אסרטיביות, דיסקרטיות, יכולת עבודה עם ריבוי משימות.
    שליטה טובה בסביבה ממוחשבת ויישומי מחשב.
    זמינות למשרה מלאה + שעות נוספות לפי הצורך.
    רק פניות מתאימות תיעננה.
