The Arabic SMM role is to grow our Arabic social media audience and fully monitor and moderate the Social channels. His work won’t be exclusive to the Arab region as he will support the international needs of the team as well.

In order to do so you will have to initiate manage and analyze campaigns across multiple social network.

Major Responsibilities:

Execute eToro social media strategy on multiple platform
Generate a local regional approach for eToro’s social media strategy
Generate and publish content – Create a unique set of messages, creatives and posts aligned to eToro brand and tone of voice and publish on local pages in addition to the global content
Set up company Arabic pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
Moderate – monitor and engage to the reactive side of the page, providing a fast response to users comments and posts.
Reporting: create weekly\monthly reports on the moderation and content efforts.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
Moderate the important Arabic trading forums and answer on behalf of eToro
Job Requirements:
Native speaker of Arabic language + good level of English.
Full time job – Monday to Friday.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Great analytical skills
Past experience in social media or online community management a must
Past Position in Marketing or Communication a plus
knowledge in finance is a plus
Good knowledge of principles of customer service.
Photoshop knowledge is a plus

    ניסיון עבודה בארגונים גדולים – יתרון משמעותי.
    תואר ראשון בתחום המשאבי אנוש/ משפטים/ תעודת חשב שכר – חובה
    ניסיון בעבודה במערכת המל”ם – יתרון משמעותי.
    תודעת שירות גבוהה, יחסי אנוש טובים, אסרטיביות, דיסקרטיות, יכולת עבודה עם ריבוי משימות.
    שליטה טובה בסביבה ממוחשבת ויישומי מחשב.
    זמינות למשרה מלאה + שעות נוספות לפי הצורך.
    רק פניות מתאימות תיעננה.
