lead and supervise a team of customer service assistants and compliance agents. We’re looking for experienced multitasking
candidates with excellent communication skills and managing experience.
Full time position in Ramat Gan
Job Requirements:
Fluent Arabic – A must
At least a year of experience in a similar position – A must
Problem solving skills
Able to work individually but also as a part of a team
Knowledge and work with Excel – A must
Experience with BI tool – An advantage

Principle duties and responsibilities
Office Management (Facility):
The Office Administrator will have a secondary function to support the departments.
Qualifications, Skills
• English (fluent in writing and speaking).• Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, clerical and facilities experience.
• Proven experience of management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints.
• Professional handling of MS-Office.
• Service oriented team spirit.
