Your role will be to create a comprehensive functionality development for one of the hottest consumer and business products in the world. We already have few million users and are growing tremendously fast. The app will change the way users communicate every day. If you are passionate about Android and have an obsessive attention to details, you will have a chance to build beautiful interfaces and greatly influence all aspects of the product for the next 100 million users.
You will be involved from inception, through design, implementation, testing and delivery of the mobile application. You will continuously research, discover and evaluate new technologies to enhance our offering. You will work closely with everyone on our development and product teams, in a young, creative and highly collaborative environment.

Job Requirements:
• Experience in Android / Java development
• Passionate about UI / UX / Usability and user perspective and attention to details – a plus
• Familiar with Android SDK: UI, Activities lifecycle, GCM, Shared Preferences & SQLite, multi-threading programming and other framework elements
• Armed with strong computer science fundamentals – BS in Computer Science or a related field / Code Geek is an advantage
• Knowledge of Front-End, iOS, web protocols, formats and architectures, and HTML/5, CSS and JavaScript – an advantage
• Comfortable with agile project methodologies and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously

ניסיון של לפחות 3 שנים בתחום מחקרי.

- Develop a coalition of philanthropic partners who will become the organization’s long-term supporters in the coming years (including in Israel’s corporate sector);
- Develop and execute an annual fundraising plan;
- Oversee all grant applications and reports to funders and prospective funders – both in English and in Hebrew;
- Plan and lead donor visits and missions;
- Oversee the development of fundraising materials, events, campaigns and initiatives;
- Be responsible for all data management, as well as gift processing and acknowledgement;
- Be responsible for all research on prospects.

121 seeks a Resource Development Director
The Resource Development Director will work with the CEO to considerably increase funding both in Israel and internationally.
Job Status: full-time; the position is a hybrid one (the organization’s offices are in Tel Aviv); Salary range: 16,000 – 18,000
Reporting to the CEO, the Resource Development Director will have demonstrated success in raising funds, building a fundraising strategy and growing philanthropic relationships both throughout Israel and internationally.
