Provide professional and efficient customer support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.Identify and assess customer needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department if necessary.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns.Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately and thoroughly in the company's CRM system.Collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer support process and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Assist in the development of support materials, such as FAQs and knowledge base articles, to empower customers to self-serve when possible.
Strong verbal and written Hebrew and English communication skillsExperience in a Customer Support positionsAvailability to travel abroad and work at unusual hoursExcellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong customer relationships.Skilled problem-solving abilities and approachHighly organized and able to multi-task.Confident, highly energized, self-motivated, and a true team player.Possess the desire and ability to learn new technologies.Experience in the Hospitality industry – great advantage

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Project Assistant to support our project management team in successfully completing various projects. The Project Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and logistical support throughout the project lifecycle. The Field Translator will provide accurate and culturally appropriate translation and interpretation services for the project. The role will involve working in the field, supporting communication between project team members, local stakeholders, beneficiaries, and external partners. The translator must ensure smooth communication in both verbal and written forms, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, neutrality, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:Interpretation: Provide real-time verbal translation during meetings, interviews, workshops, focus groups, and field visits.
Translation: Accurately translate written documents such as reports, forms, correspondence, and other project materials between [source language] and [target language].
Cultural Mediation: Act as a cultural mediator, ensuring that both verbal and written translations consider cultural sensitivities and nuances.
Documentation: Assist with drafting or proofreading translated documents for clarity and accuracy.
Field Support: Work closely with field staff to assist in communication with local communities, stakeholders, and beneficiaries.
Ethics and Confidentiality: Maintain high standards of confidentiality, professionalism, and impartiality at all times.
